No. You are welcome to be away from home during your appointment. For your first visit, however, we recommend being home for a brief walkthrough so we can review your home together, discuss priorities, and make sure we know exactly which areas to focus on or avoid.

No! We love pets and welcome them during your cleaning. We do recommend keeping pets safely away from the door during entry and exit to ensure the safety for any pets and for your cleaner.

Not at all! Bright Aura arrives with our own professional cleaning products, supplies, and equipment. You can simply leave the cleaning to us.

Bright Aura proudly uses professional-grade cleaning products with both effectiveness and safety in mind.

We use a multi-purpose germicidal detergent designed for use in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities, which carries broad spectrum kill claims for a variety of pathogens.

For floors, we use a neutral-pH floor cleaning solution when properly diluted, making it suitable for a wide range of flooring surfaces, including hardwood, tile and grout, VCT, LVT, and more.

We also use other professional and common household cleaning products as appropriate for each surface and cleaning task.

Yes! We carefully select products with safety of your household in mind. The disinfectant that we use is EPA approved and Green Seal certified. The floor cleaning solution that we use is neutral-pH when properly diluted.

As with any cleaning product, we recommend allowing freshly cleaned surfaces to dry and following normal household safety precautions around children and pets.

We can move small, lightweight furniture when necessary to clean an area. For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture or anything that requires significant lifting or straining.

Bright Aura LLC uses simple, upfront flat-rate pricing. Your price is based on the cleaning service selected, rather than an hourly rate. Additional services can be added to your appointment for an additional fee.

We always do our best to complete your cleaning within the scheduled service time and prioritize the tasks included with your selected service. Each cleaning service has a maximum allotted time. If additional work remains after that time, a separate appointment may be recommended so we can give your home the attention it deserves.

Yes! Bright Aura gift cards can be used towards both recurring and one-time cleaning services. They're an easy way to give someone a little more time back in their day. Our gift cards also make a thoughtful gift for holidays, birthdays, housewarmings, newlyweds, and special occasions.

No. For safety of our clients and cleaners, Bright Aura does not handle mold remediation, biohazardous materials, or other hazardous substances that require specialized treatment.
